Brain Freeze is an evil supervillain with ice cream themed weapons and gadgets he owns. He works for the Mastermind and was assisting him in taking over Secret Shores.
History[]
In Save the Date, Brain Freeze was spotted by Phoebe driving his ice cream truck at weird hours. Max goes to his ice cream truck to distract Phoebe while on her date so he does not have to clean dishes. Chloe teleports and tells him to stop distracting her while Brain Freeze reveals himself and hits Max and Chloe with his ray which disrupts their superpowers. Max and Chloe get brain freezes when they tried to use their superpowers. Brain Freeze ties them up and tells Max and Chloe that he is about to release his hypnotic speakers to brainwash Secret Shores into following the Mastermind. Brain Freeze gets a call from the Mastermind and tells his about the unknown supes near his ice cream truck. Brain Freeze tries to get Max and Chloe to reveal who they are but when they refuse Brain Freeze uses his hypnotic speakers on his ice cream truck to melt their brains since brainwashing doesn't work on supes. Phoebe arrives and freezes Brain Freeze with her freeze breath.
