Captain Perfect (or Peter Perfect) is a recurring superhero on The Thundermans: Undercover. He was sent by the Hero League to make sure their mission is not jeopardized during the Super Secret Summer event. He is portrayed by Jedidiah Goodacre.
Biography[]
Captain Perfect was assigned a task by President Kickbutt to monitor the Thunder Twins to ensure their mission in Secret Shores is running smoothly.
In Summer of Secrets, Captain Perfect shows up at the Secret Shores Federal Bank to help Phoebe against Pop and Lock. He descends downwards using a rope and throws one of his cards at Pop and Lock which impulses the money bags off away from and knocks them onto the floor. Captain Perfect claims his job is done after saving Phoebe and flies away with a rope. At the same bank, he is tricked by Phoebe who dresses up as an old grandma and is confronted by her. Captain Perfect tells Phoebe who he is and they are later interrupted by Pop and Lock who return back with backup dancers. Phoebe and Captain Perfect take down the backup dancers first and Captain Perfect uses a P-shaped gadget that stunned Pop and Lock on their weak areas. Captain Perfect reveals his name to be Peter Perfect and Phoebe reveals hers. Phoebe agrees to team up with Captain Perfect while Max is busy teaching history in summer school. While Phoebe contacts Thunderford to get the villains picked up, Captain Perfect records a message to President Kickbutt that he has gained Phoebe's trust.
In I Know What You Did This Summer, Captain Perfect is continuing his surveillance on Phoebe and continues going on missions with her. On another mission, Captain Perfect helps Phoebe defeat Professor Portal who was about to send a diamond vault to the Mastermind through a portal he created. Max tracks Captain Perfect and finds him at Secret Shores School at night and overhears him calling him a target and going through his gadget designs which makes Max speculate Captain Perfect to be a supervillain. Max planned on exposing him when he invited him through Phoebe's phone. When Captain Perfect arrives, he and Max fight in the Air Lair before Phoebe stops them. President Kickbutt is called and with Captain Perfect's cover blown, she reveals to Phoebe and Max that they have to impress Captain Perfect or their missions in Secret Shores is over.
In The Summer I Turned Giddy, Captain Perfect apologizes to Phoebe and Max for lying to them but had to as he is apart of a secret Hero League division. He gets Phoebe and Max to do some training exercises to see how well they work as a team. Max decides he does not need Phoebe as he thinks Phoebe and Captain Perfect think he's the problem in their team so partners up with Gideon for a while. Max accidentally shrinks Gideon and admits that he can improve his partnership with Phoebe. Captain Perfect was going to note down all that happened but Phoebe uses the resize-alizer to shrink Captain Perfect's tablet start parting that she has Max's back.
In A Midsummer Night's Scheme, Captain Perfect comes in and says he cannot do team building exercises with Phoebe and Max as he has to help his little sister Penny who is going down a dark path and wanting to become a supervillain. Max insists on helping her as he went through an evil phase as well. Captain Perfect later beams Penny in to spend time with Max. Captain Perfect later calls Max to check in and notices Max wearing a henchmen disguise but he says its to do with stopping Penny's evil phase.
In Cruel Summer, Captain Perfect concludes his mission report and sends it to the Hero League for evaluation. President Kickbutt reads it and allows Phoebe and Max to stay on their mission in Secret Shores which the twins celebrate. Captain Perfect wanted to hear more about how Max and Penny infiltrated the Mastermind's Henchmen hideout but Max was tired and naps instead. Captain Perfect and Phoebe leave to go to the café before he leaves after his evaluation is over. Before leaving, Thunderford alerts Phoebe and Captain Perfect of a break-in at Secret Shores power plant. Captain Perfect believes it was Max involved after he hears telekinesis and freeze breath were involved. When Max comes back, Captain Perfect uses his handcuffs gadget on Max and claims he is arrested. After Phoebe starts believing Captain Perfect that Max did the break-in, he escapes by breaking the handcuffs and pushing Phoebe and Captain Perfect with his telekinesis. Max corrupts Thunderford's files to avoid him telling Captain Perfect and Phoebe where the henchmen hideout is. Captain Perfect and Phoebe get Penny to tell them where it is after she was previously there with Max. An alarm goes off at the abandoned toy factory when Phoebe and Captain Perfect break in. The rest of the henchmen run away and Phoebe and Captain Perfect get the evil chip off Max but he is still angry for Phoebe trying to take him down instead and tells them their partnership is over and walks out.
In Endless Summer, Captain Perfect messages President Kickbutt that Max has gone rogue. In the Air Lair, she makes Captain Perfect replace Max as Phoebe's superhero partner and tells them their new mission is taking down Max. Phoebe and Captain Perfect try come up with ways of tracking Max but Max shows up with Kiefer. They bring the rest of the henchmen the outnumber them. Captain Perfect and Phoebe are frozen by Max and are handcuffed. Max wanted to use the Chip-Chucker on them himself but reveals his plan to Kiefer and luring Mastermind's Henchmen to take the Chip-Chucker that can identify who the Mastermind is. Max breaks Phoebe and Captain Perfect free and the henchmen fight the three supes. When Kiefer gets hands on the Chip-Chucker, Captain Perfect tried disarming her but is turned evil by a microchip landing on him. He joins the henchmen and fights against Max. When Chloe teleports and helps, Phoebe and Max trick Captain Perfect and get the evil chip removed from him. President Kickbutt beams herself in with the Hero League teleportation technology to get answers on what happened and sends Phoebe, Max and Chloe to the Air Lair. Phoebe and Captain Perfect have a final goodbye since their time together is over and they assure each other that they might see each other someday on a mission.

- Superhuman Agility: Captain Perfect states he has agility as a superpower. He has advanced agility skills and is capable of landing from high levels with precision and balance beyond typical human limits. He uses this power along with rope flying.
- Rope Flight: Captain Perfect can create and use ropes to descend from above to arrive at locations or fly upwards by holding the rope, allowing for sudden entrances which is shown in Summer of Secrets.
Abilities[]
- Gadget Usage: Captain Perfect has a range of gadgets on his belt based on the letter 'P' when wearing his super suit. Some known ones are a card that impulses people away when landing on the floor and a P-shaped detonator gadget that stuns people on impact.
- Master Martial Artist: Captain Perfect has high levels of hand-to-hand combat skills. He knows forms of martial arts such as Plan 67X to fight against villains with Phoebe in Summer of Secrets and held his own against Max in I Know What You Did This Summer.
