This is an episode guide for The Thundermans.
The Thundermans is an American superhero live-action comedy television series that premiered on Nickelodeon on October 14, 2013 and ended on May 25, 2018. The series was created by Jed Spingarn and stars Kira Kosarin, Jack Griffo, Addison Riecke, Diego Velazquez, Chris Tallman, Rosa Blasi, Dana Snyder and Maya Le Clark.
Nickelodeon ordered 13 episodes for Season 1 to begin airing on October 14, 2013.[1] On September 27, 2013, an additional 7 episodes were back ordered before the series premiered.[2] Nickelodeon announced a renewal of a 20-episode second season on December 20, 2013.[3] The second season was extended by 5 episodes, bringing Season 2 to 25 episodes. On March 5, 2015, Nickelodeon renewed the series for Season 3 which premiered in the summer of 2015.[4] On March 2, 2016, The Thundermans was renewed for Season 4 which premiered on October 22, 2016 with a Halloween-themed episode.[5] On May 16, 2017, Nickelodeon ordered 6 more additional episodes of The Thundermans, bringing Season 4 to a total of 32 episodes.[6]
Production for the show concluded on July 28, 2017, with a total of 4 seasons and 103 episodes.[7] The series concluded airing on May 25, 2018, with Mad Max: Beyond Thunderhome, The Thundredth, Looperheroes and the series finale, The Thunder Games, airing back-to-back.
On March 2, 2023, it was announced that a follow-up movie based on Nickelodeon’s popular live-action series The Thundermans was in the works for premiere on Nickelodeon. The Thundermans Return went into production in April. The feature-length film will continue the sitcom’s story of a superhero family trying to pass as normal folks in suburbia, and it will reunite original cast members Kira Kosarin, Jack Griffo, Addison Riecke, Diego Velazquez, Maya Le Clark, Chris Tallman, Dana Snyder and Rosa Blasi. The film premiered on March 7, 2024. [8]

Pilot (2012)
- This episode was supposed to be the original series premiere of the show but was recast, with Jack Griffo playing Max Thunderman and Dana Snyder voice-acting/portraying Dr. Colosso.
- It is non-canon to the regular series as it was unaired and the replacement pilot was Adventures in Supersitting.

- On March 2, 2023, it was announced that a follow-up movie based on Nickelodeon’s popular live-action series, The Thundermans, was in the works for premiere on Nickelodeon.
- Production began on April 1, 2023 and wrapped on April 28, 2023.[10]
- The film was available to watch on Paramount+ and premiered on Nickelodeon on March 7, 2024.
