Ergokinesis (or Energy Projection) is the power to generate and manipulate spheres of energy from their hands. On The Thundermans, Dark Mayhem uses this as his primary superpower, which manifests as green spheres of energy to push, destroy or disintegrate his targets.
Applications[]
- Electrokinesis: Advanced users are capable of manipulating electric energy, in conjunction with ergokinesis, to be able to create electricity.
- Pyrokinesis: Advanced users are able to manipulate fire energy, in conjunction with ergokinesis, to be able to create spheres of fire energy.
- Plasma Manipulation: Advanced users are capable of creating spheres of energy with plasma and electromagnetism energy, in conjunction with ergokinesis.
- Destruction/Disintegration: Advanced users are able to control the amount of energy to be able to disintegrate objects.

- Dark Mayhem uses his ergokinesis to constantly throw balls of energy at Phoebe and Max who use telekinesis to deflect away from them.
- Dark Mayhem disintegrates a disco ball Phoebe tried throwing at him with her telekinesis.
- Max uses Dark Mayhem's Orb to take away Dark Mayhem's powers after a heavy pillar is dropped on him thanks to Chloe
Come What Mayhem[]
- Phoebe uses Dark Mayhem's Orb so she can use Dark Mayhem's ergokinesis, that has electro-plasma energy, to stop a stink bomb from going off.
- Phoebe is left with Dark Mayhem's power after she could not put it back in the orb and turns evil.
Thunder in Paradise[]
- Phoebe has nightmares of her using Dark Mayhem's powers.
- Phoebe and her family go to Hawaii so Phoebe could complete Dark Mayhem's evil plan.
- When Max tries following Phoebe on an ATV to find out why Phoebe was acting differently, Phoebe uses Dark Mayhem's energy ball on Max so she could steal his ATV.
- In the cave at the bottom of the Weeping Volcano in Hawaii, Phoebe uses her energy ball on Max, Nora and Billy who tried to take Dark Mayhem's power away with Dark Mayhem's Orb. Phoebe uses another energy ball on the orb to destroy it.
- Phoebe uses ergokinesis on a boulder to trap Max, Nora and Billy in the cave, making it impossible for them to escape.
- At Dark Mayhem's volcanic lair, Phoebe notices her Max, Nora, Billy, Hank and Barb waiting in an elevator up to the lair so she surprises them by opening the door and throwing energy balls at them. Phoebe uses Dark Mayhem's force field to trap them while she completes Dark Mayhem's evil plan to use Malvexium to leave every superhero in the world, powerless.
- While Phoebe is distracted, the rest of the family figure out a way to make a hole through the force field and function the orb to get rid of Dark Mayhem's powers from.
- Phoebe tries using ergokinesis to stop them but it's too late with Dark Mayhem's powers not with Phoebe anymore.
The Thundermans Return[]
- On Mount Metroburg, Dark Mayhem has his ergokinesis again uses it while fighting with Max and Phoebe.
- In his due with Max, Max manage to grab one projectile with his Telekinesis and throw it back buy Mayhem caught it and threw it back before Max froze it with his Freeze Breath.
- Dark Mayhem is frozen by both Phoebe and Max while he was using his ergokinesis.

- According to Dark Mayhem, his powers (including ergokinesis) are naturally evil.
- It is revealed in Revenge of the Smith that Smith was hit by an energy ball by Dark Mayhem during the school prom and changed the appearance of her hair.
