Gilland Jones is the oldest of four daughters of William Townes Jones IV and Rosann Wilson Jones. Gilland began her acting journey at the age of four in the Greenwood Community Theater production of The Sound of Music. Now based in Los Angeles, she is fully dedicated to pursuing acting.

Gilland Jones is well known for her appearances in episodes of The Suite Life on Deck and her recurring role as Jenny Majorheely in The Wizards of Waverly Place. Gilland has also been part of other projects like Locating Silver Lake, Awkward., Documentary Now!, and Longmire.
