Grandpa Giddy is Gideon's grandpa on The Thundermans. He is usually relaxed and has no rules in his penthouse. Grandpa Giddy is portrayed by James Hong.
History[]
Grandpa Giddy first appeared in Ditch Perfect and was planning with Gideon to make a reality show after Max's Band was disbanded.
In Mad Max: Beyond Thunderhome, it is revealed that Grandpa Giddy owns a penthouse and has no rules. Max moves out to his penthouse after being frustrated with his parents' rules in their home. Max starts building his hot tub that he was planning to build in his lair. Phoebe comes over and shows Max the different peppers that affect her heat breath. The hot tub catches fire when Phoebe's fire breath hits the flammable fuel that was powering it. Grandpa Giddy and Gideon get the fire extinguisher to put the fire out. Grandpa Giddy moves in with the Thundermans temporarily while his penthouse is being fixed.
In The Thundermans Return, while the Thundermans were out of town, Max's Band was reformed with Grandpa Giddy as the lead singer. When Max comes back to Hiddenville, Grandpa Giddy is forced to leave who was unhappy and cursed Max. Grandpa Giddy drops Max's phone in a soda while Max was about to take a job offer.
