History
The Thundermans
In This Looks Like a Job For..., Phoebe and Max interview at Wong's Pizza Palace and meet the mean, sassy Mrs. Wong, who hires them despite not being impressed. She explains the Wong-za pizza machine, but the Thunder Twins mess up, causing it to explode and cover her in dough. She promptly fires them and kicks them out.
In Crime After Crime, Mrs. Wong and neighbors ask the Thundermans to form a neighborhood watch against a vandal, aiming for Mrs. Wong to be captain, but Hank bribes others, securing the position for himself. She introduces her niece, Darcy, but suspects Max of the vandalism and uses it against Hank to take the captaincy. Ultimately, it's revealed that Darcy is the real vandal.
In Have an Ice Birthday, Max freezes Mrs. Wong into a statue to prevent her from discovering that he had invited the whole school to the Thunder Twins' birthday party. The statue gets carried away accidentally during a pizza pickup by the dojo class. Phoebe and Max must fight to get the Wong statue back. They unfreeze her.
In Cheer and Present Danger, Mrs. Wong holds a pizza contest for people to guess the number of pepperonis inside a jar. The winner would get a full month supply of free pizza. When Max arrives, she first mocks him claiming that he should be in jail. After reading the actual count, Mrs. Wong calls everyone losers and suckers but then realizes that Max guessed the number correctly. She concludes that Max cheated and vows to supply the Thundermans with fish heads until Max admits that he cheated. When Max convinces his family that he didn't cheat, they stand up against Wong. So, Max lies that he cheated for Mrs. Wong to stop torturing them with the stinky fish heads. They call a truce but Max uses exploding ink which blows up in Mrs. Wong's face.
In Call of Lunch Duty, Billy and Nora get paranoid and start suspecting that anyone could be an alien after watching a video about aliens. They overhear Mrs. Wong singing in a terrible voice wearing an alien costume and conclude that she is an alien. She comes over to the Thundermans house to ask them to taster her new pizza. Mrs. Wong puts on an alien costume to impress the kids but they get scared and ready to attack her. She's later saved by Barb and Hank. She tells them that she's making an alien-themed dish at her restaurant and wanted them to taste and give her feedback. So, she gets mad at them and refuses to let them even taste it.
In Give Me a Break Up, Mrs. Wong, now owner of Splatburger, aims to dominate the Hiddenville restaurant scene and becomes envious of Max's superior soup. To outdo him, she enters a cooking contest, but Max, wanting to protect his bad boy image, instructs Nora and Billy, who botch it. Max retaliates using telekinesis to sabotage Mrs. Wong's cooking demo, leading to her defeat and public embarrassment.
In Dog Day After-School, after Doggin runs away, the Thunderman kids use the Thunder Monitor to track her to Splatburger, where she causes chaos, angering Mrs. Wong. Wong locks Doggin in her office and calls the police, believing she saw a woman causing trouble. Phoebe tries to convince Wong it was just a dog, but Wong is adamant. Max, Billy, and Nora sneak in to reverse Doggin back to a dog, leaving Wong paranoid as she still insists, she saw a woman, though the cops remain skeptical.
In Original Prankster, Billy and Nora's balls land in Mrs. Wong's yard, where she destroys them. Phoebe encourages kindness, leading to a party invite, but Mrs. Wong uses the kids as caterers to impress the PTA. In retaliation, Phoebe plans to sabotage her review, revealing Mrs. Wong's unkindness, which angers her and costs her the catering opportunity, reinforcing her disdain for the Thundermans.
In Stealing Home, Mrs. Wong hosts a contest at Splatburger where the winner holds a cactus the longest for a commercial role. Chloe loses after touching a thorn, while Mrs. Wong, favoring actor Raul, undermines the other contestants. Barb sabotages Raul with her Electress powers, leaving Billy, Nora, and Barb as the finalists. Ultimately, they all win the role since they released the cactus simultaneously.
In Thundermans: Secret Revealed, when Hiddenville discovers ThunderGirl's identity, Mrs. Wong joins the fan club and buys a t-shirt. While Phoebe and her friends Cherry, Maddy, and Roxy have dinner to discuss prom at Splatburger, Phoebe accidentally drops her bag, revealing her ThunderGirl suit to Mrs. Wong, who realizes Phoebe's secret. Suspecting the Thundermans, she begins spying on them to gather evidence of their superhero identities.
In Thundermans: Banished, with the Thundermans revealed as superheroes, Mrs. Wong exploits this by calling on them for everything, including fixing jammed tubes at Splatburger. Max and Phoebe rush there to prove who's the better superhero but can't decide between Heat Breath and Freeze Breath, leading to an explosion. Mrs. Wong, frustrated, expresses her dislike for the Thundermans and uses insurance money to fix Splatburger, but then Candi Falconman crashes through the roof, forcing another repair.
In May Z-Force Be With You, Mrs. Wong is competing against Barb in the Hiddenville Flower Fest and has won for years, while Barb is eager for her to lose. With help from Nora and Billy, Barb uses a "Whoa Grow" chemical from Metroburg to gain an early advantage, but when she discovers the cheating, she reverses the effect, causing her flowers to shrink. Fortunately, Principal Bradford's flowers outperform Mrs. Wong's in the end.
In Make it Pop Pop, Mrs. Wong unknowingly wears sweaters given to Billy and Nora by Nana Thunderman. When Nana confronts her, Mrs. Wong's rudeness leads Nana to believe she's at fault, prompting Nana to pinch her cheek, which unexpectedly transforms Mrs. Wong into a nice person who starts giving away free food. As Billy and Nora reveal the truth to Nana while Mrs. Wong is still friendly, Nana swiftly reverts her back to her old self, resulting in Mrs. Wong kicking Hank out when he attempts to get free food.
In Side-Kicking and Screaming, Mrs. Wong discovers Chloe is stealing her customers outside Splatburger, making them leave her property. Nora deceives Mrs. Wong by stepping off the property yet still attracting customers. In response, Mrs. Wong decides to start her own girl scout cookie business, initially drawing in more customers than Chloe. However, as Chloe begins to cry and plead for customers, many switch back to her, prompting Mrs. Wong to grumble about hating children.
In Looperheroes, Mrs. Wong acts nice towards everyone, including the Thunder Twins so that she could get noticed by a significant, vital food blogger. Mrs. Wong ruins her chances when she spills the food all over the blogger which causes him to storm out of the restaurant. Due to the same day repeating itself in a time warp she chases the Thunder Twins out of Splatburger while in another scene she gives the blogger a smoothie.
The Thundermans Return
Three years after the Thundermans left in The Thunder Games, Mrs. Wong hired Cherry Seinfeld at Splatburger and set up microphones to find out what people thought of the food. When Phoebe looked for a job at Splatburger, Mrs. Wong chose to continue making fun of her, since if people saw her work, Phoebe's celebrity life as a superhero would be gone. Wong then snatched the food from Max and his gang's table upon hearing that Max disliked their food.
At the park, Mrs. Wong and several friends of the Thundermans were summoned to help remove a part of the dome put up by the V-Team and save Phoebe and Max, but Wong and Principal Bradford refused. After Chloe's speech, Mrs. Wong agreed to help. After ingesting a grain from the Power Plant, Mrs. Wong gained the ability to be a superhuman tornado and helped the family remove a part of the dome to save the twins. After the defeat of the V-Team, Mrs. Wong, Bradford, Cherry, Oyster and Gideon, with powers, went to the Thundermans' house to join in the fight against crime, but they were all frozen by Phoebe and Max to go to the family game night.
