Plot[]
Summary[]
Chloe feels smothered and thinks it's because Phoebe and Max need friends; Phoebe and Max accidentally make the same friend named Brenda and fight over her. [1]
Main Plot[]
Chloe is about to watch Glove Island alone while Max came in to watch Glove Island with her. Chloe teleports to the kitchen while Phoebe shows up and eats at Chloe's popcorn. Chloe teleports to the Air Lair to get away from Phoebe and Max but they both show up to hang out with Chloe. Phoebe and Max go with Chloe to Splat By-The-Sea when she teleports away.
Chloe talks with Phoebe and Max about making their own friends in Secret Shores. She leaves them when she sees Booch. Phoebe and Max consider what Chloe said and plan on finding new friends to make in Secret Shores. Phoebe tries to talk with someone to be friends with them but scares her away. Max thanks Phoebe for showing him what not to do.
Max goes to a gym at a sports center and signs up to win tickets after Jim asks him. Max also tries to get Jim to be friends with, but he walks away after. Max gets someone to spar him while he lifts a barbell weight, but he left after Max tried being friends with him. Brenda shows up and helped Max after he was struggling to lift a barbell weight. Brenda and Max bond over their muscles and become friends.
Max waits for Brenda at Splat By-The-Sea and tells Phoebe about the new friend he made while Phoebe also made a new friend. Coincidentally, they both see Brenda and realize they made the same friend. Phoebe invites Brenda to a book club, but she goes with Max to the gym after he wins two tickets to the gym event with protein shakes.
When Brenda and Max go to the protein shake event at the gym, Phoebe works as a caterer to try get Brenda to be her friend over Max. While Max goes with Brenda to the kettlebells, Max uses his Telekinesis to throw an exercise ball at Phoebe and she declares war over Brenda. While Max was talking with Brenda, Phoebe throws an exercise ball at him. Phoebe and Max start fighting using exercise balls and throw shakes at each other. Brenda picks neither of them as friends and tells Phoebe and Max that they have each other to be friends.
Sub Plot[]
While Phoebe and Max were busy making new friends, Chloe was about to watch Glove Island at home while Dr. Colosso shows up and spoils the show for her. Dr. Colosso warns Chloe about pelicans when she was about to go their backyard. She teleports with Dr. Colosso to the Air Lair and leaves him there for spoiling Glove Island. A pelican flies inside the house while Chloe was about to finish Glove Island. She asks Thunderford what to do but he leaves, and Chloe runs to the kitchen.
Booch and Jinx help Chloe to get rid of the pelican. Jinx uses his equipment he got from zoo camp to capture the pelican but goes back to his home after he ends up capturing himself with his net. Booch dresses up as a pelican to try to get the pelican to leave. She accidentally calls a flock of pelicans to come to the house and leaves so they follow her instead. Dr. Colosso is friends with the pelican and gets the pelican to fly out. While Chloe was about to watch the rest of Glove Island, Dr. Colosso tells her a second spoiler.
