Superheroes that appear in the Thunderverse are naturally good by having superpowers through their ancestors of ancient villagers that ate the seeds from the blue pods of the Power Plant or normal humans who choose to design and use gadgets for good against supervillains. They are all affiliated and members with a Hero League.
Superheroes often wear a domino mask to protect their identity from the public. Superhero capes are special capes awarded to superheroes by the Hero League of becoming a professional superhero usually by, passing superhero training, defeating a supervillain or saving somebody's life.

Phoebe Thunderman (Thunder Girl) is the main protagonist of The Thundermans and The Thundermans: Undercover. She is a fully trained superhero for the Hero League and one of the leaders of an elite team of superheroes alongside his twin brother Max, the T-Force.
Her superpowers include: Freeze Breath, Heat Breath and Telekinesis. Phoebe is portrayed by Kira Kosarin.

Max Thunderman is the main protagonist of The Thundermans and The Thundermans: Undercover. He is a fully trained superhero for the Hero League and one of the leaders of an elite team of superheroes alongside his twin sister Phoebe, the T-Force.

Hank Thunderman (Thunder Man) is a main character on The Thundermans and a recurring character on The Thundermans: Undercover. He returned from retirement from keeping his identity a secret in Metroburg with Electress to apart of an elite team of superheroes years later, the T-Force.
He is also the Hero League's longest serving superhero with superpowers including: Super Strength, Flight and Invulnerability. Hank is portrayed by Chris Tallman.
