Superpowers are traits, features or skills that are beyond normal human ability. That is, a character with a superpower can do things that normal human beings can't do.

It is also revealed in The Thundermans Return that superheroes/villains were granted powers through their ancestors eating the seeds of a mysterious plant, known as the Power Plant, which is currently protected by Thunder Man.

In The Mastermind Unmasked: Part 2, B.C. makes Chloe get him the amulet which transformed him into The Mastermind. He copied all of the Thundermans superpowers (excluding Nora) and was planning on using the crystal from the amulet and connecting it with Chance Technologies' cellular network to copy every superhero's powers on the planet. After he is defeated, the amulet and crystal were destroyed in the cave when a boulder landed on it which caused superpowers to spread within Secret Shores and be developed and used by regular citizens.
