Supervillains that appear in the Thunderverse are naturally evil by having superpowers through their ancestors of ancient villagers who ate the seeds of red pods of the Power Plant or normal humans who choose to design and use gadgets for evil against superheroes. Most supervillains are affiliated with a Villain League while some operate independently.

Green Ghoul is a ghost supervillain in the Halloween crossover, Haunted Thundermans. After he escapes, Thunder Man has to come out of retirement to put him back in Ghost World Person. He possesses Phoebe's superpowers to combine with his ghost powers to get revenge on Thunder Man but is defeated.
His main ghost powers are: Possession, Flight and Teleportation. Green Ghoul is portrayed by David Ury.

King Crab is a recurring supervillain in The Thundermans. He is a renowned and respected supervillain, as well as a member of the Villain League who wanted to kick Dr. Colosso out for not doing anything evil in years. He returns years later in The Thundermans Return after being freed by the V-Team.
His superpower is a Pincer Claw. King Crab is portrayed by Paul F. Tompkins.

Lady Web is a recurring supervillain in The Thundermans. She is a member of the Villain League and worked with major villains including Dark Mayhem and King Crab. She is frozen by Thunder Girl and given to the authorities in Thundermans: Secret Revealed.
Her superpower is Spider Silk Generation. She is portrayed by Parisa Fakhri.

Scalestro is a guest supervillain in The Thundermans who appeared in A Hero Is Born. He is a member of the Villain League but is defeated by Thunder Man who takes out other supervillains as well. He has a son called Son of Scalestro who worked with Dark Mayhem.
His superpower/gadgets are unknown. Scalestro is portrayed by Scott Vance.

Quinn Murphy is a guest supervillain in The Thundermans who appeared in Why You Buggin'?. She is from a family of bug supervillains and was Link's childhood best friend. She is manipulative and hides her mean side with Link and tried to steal him away from Phoebe.
Her superpower is Mantis Metamorphosis. Quinn is portrayed by Madison Lawlor.

Dark Mayhem is the main antagonist in The Thundermans. He was Max's main inspiration and evil mentor during his evil phase. Dark Mayhem used Max to get closer to Thunder Girl to take her down but Max betrays him and the Thunderman Family take down Dark Mayhem and his other supervillains.
His main superpowers include: Ergokinesis, Force Field Generation, Electrokinesis and Heat Vision. Dark Mayhem is voiced by Jamieson Price and is portrayed by Omid Zader.

Strongdor is a recurring character in The Thundermans. He is one of Dark Mayhem's associates and a member of the Villain League.

Her superpowers are Candy Manipulation. Candi is portrayed by Jada Facer.

Destructo is a guest character in The Thundermans who appeared in Thunder in Paradise. He was Dark Mayhem's sidekick but was left at a cave in Hawaii ready to complete his masterplan. Evil Phoebe completes his masterclass for him while she has Dark Mayhem's evil powers and uses Destructo to help her.
His robot body includes Laser Blasters, Flight, Super Strength and Super Durability. Destructo is portrayed by Tim Neff and voiced by Piotr Michael.

Professor Meteor is a guest character in The Thundermans who appeared in The Thundredth. 22 years later, he escapes and aims a meteor at The Thundermans' Home to get revenge of Thunder Man and Electress but the Thunder Twins stop him to count as their 100th save. The save does not count after President Kickbutt found out they could have stopped him before but did not.
His main gadget is a Gravity Blast helmet. Professor Meteor is portrayed by Brian Stepanek.

Balfour Colosso (The Gamer) is a guest character on The Thundermans who appeared in The Thunder Games. He's a former superhero and Z-Force hopeful who turns into a supervillain and plotted revenge on the Thunderman Family after realizing they ruined his childhood by imprisoned his father, Dr. Colosso.
His main gadgets include: Nanochips and Game Controller. Balfour is portrayed by Joey Bragg.

Blue Flame is a minor supervillain in The Thundermans Return. He attempted to rob the Metroburg bank but was stopped by the V-Team who end up doing a better job capturing him than the T-Force and ultimately get replaced when President Kickbutt find out that the T-Force injured a supposed superhero.

Mastermind is the main antagonist in The Thundermans: Undercover. He invited the most evil supervillains to come to Secret Shores and come to his new Villain League so they could take over the town first, then the world.

Brain Freeze is a guest character in The Thundermans: Undercover who appeared in Save the Date. He works for the Mastermind and was planning on using hypnotic speakers on his ice cream truck to wipe the brains of people in Secret Shores.

Ebenezer Colosso is the anti-hero of The Thundermans and The Thundermans: Undercover. He was turned into a pet bunny after he turned Thunder Man and Electress into goats during their super wedding. Colosso trained Max during his evil phase and was kicked out of the Villain League after betraying supervillains and siding with Max in A Hero Is Born.
His main gadget was the Animalizer. Dr. Colosso is voiced and portrayed by Dana Snyder.

Mike Evilman (Evil Man) is a recurring character on The Thundermans. He used to be Thunder Man's arch-enemy and the two were evenly matched in their battles. He was originally a good guy until Dark Mayhem influenced him into evil. He retired from crime so his family could live a normal life.
His superpowers include: Super Strength, Flight and Invulnerability. Mike is portrayed by Eric Allen Kramer.

Maximus Octavius "Max" Thunderman is the main protagonist of The Thundermans and The Thundermans: Undercover. He wanted to become a supervillain growing up and was close to joining Dark Mayhem before Phoebe helps him. Following the events after Thundermans: Secret Revealed, Max is one of the leaders of an elite team of superheroes, the T-Force.
His superpowers include: Freeze Breath, Heat Breath and Telekinesis. Max is portrayed by Jack Griffo.

Harris Evilman is a guest character on The Thundermans who appeared in Patch Me If You Can. Under the influence of Evil Man's eyepatch, he temporarily becomes a supervillain which amplified his superpower and made him fully evil. When the eyepatch was removed from him, he returned back to normal.
His temporary enhanced superpower was Pyrokinesis. Harris is portrayed by Casey Simpson.

Phoebe Monica Rachel Thunderman (Thunder Girl) is the main protagonist of The Thundermans and The Thundermans: Undercover. She took Dark Mayhem's superpowers which turned her evil and wanting to complete his masterplan in Hawaii. Dark Mayhem's superpowers are removed with the help from her family.
His temporary superpowers given were: Ergokinesis, Force Field Generation, Electrokinesis and Heat Vision. Phoebe is portrayed by Kira Kosarin.

Steve (The Human S'more) is a guest character on The Thundermans who appeared in All About Steve. He was Kid Quick's sidekick with knowledge of the Hero League but attempted to get rid of the Thunder Twins so he could be on the T-Force. He was likely sent to juvenile jail by Thunder Girl.
His superpower is a S'more Blast. Steve is portrayed by Max Malas.
