At Splat By-The-Sea, Wayland shows Booch, Jinx and Chloe a portrait of Mrs. Wong inside his restaurant. Later, at the cupcake party, Wayland gives cupcakes out to kids and Phoebe and Max try stop him because Chloe accidentally shapeshifted into one of his cupcakes.
